Summary
Switching from Geico to 21st Century was a good decision for me as me and my husband are happy by the amount we have been saving on our Auto Insurance for two vehicles. It was a good experience speaking to the customer care respresentatives as they were very helpful and had good idea regarding the information we wanted. I am very delighted to be associated with 21st Century....

Summary
I did not had any problems with 21st Century when I joined the company in the beginning, but now its quality level is decreasing. Previously I used to say that its very good but now I can say its ok. And if this is going to be the performance then I think I would have to say its not good. If the company overcomes all its weaknesses then the company as well as the people would benefit at large....

Summary
I was returning from my job with my friends when suddenly at the traffic lights I met with an accident, and my car got serious damages, as I was not guilty 21st Century helped me handle my expenses with care and I got the coverage. The other party also paid the difference. Everything was under control with 21st Century. Thank you. I would recomend all my friends to get involved with this company....
