Summary
Country insurance has decent coverage options that are not provided by many other insurance companies. But I found they really upsell you to have the niceties such as medical coverage of more that $50,000, new car replacement plan etc. Ok, let's cut to the chase. First of all they cream you with high premiums. Unless you really know the system and negotiate you'd be paying too much. Second, they drop you like a hot potato once you have a claim. Also their cliams handlers will treat you like dirt if the fault in the accident is yours. When I had an accident and the repair shop told me the day after I dropped off my car at their garage that it may take a few more days. the cliams handler from Country calls me and threatens to stop paying for my rental if the repair goes beyond three days! After a couple of months I got a letter saying that they wont renew my policy. This is how they treat me after I have been with them for almost a decade. Just switched to Liberty Mutual. Paying literally half the premium (inspite of the accident) than at Country....

Summary
When I joined the comapny its rates were realy very low, but now when competition is so much and peoole demand quality service they have increased the rates. And now the premium is also increasing very fast. But their customer service is still the same. So as its claim and coverage services. Hope that it won't loss its dignity. Its a very good comapny after all....

I am having my car insured at the Country Insurance company and I was quite happy with their performance until last year when I had a mishap with another car. When I went to the company for my claim I was treated as if I was at fault. Now I am least interested in insuring my new Nissan from this company....

Summary
I have found Country very very profitable since last two years. It helped me in saving about $800 last year, when I met with an accident and was hospitalized for about a month. At that time my wife was being supported by the company officials, and my policy covered all of it. I am very thankful to Country for their immense support given to me and my family at the time of crisis. I don't think anyone else could do that....
