I have had nothing but great experiences with Farmers Insurance. My agent is great, and has always been there for my family, I couldn’t ask anymore. I have had a few claims and each time they entire company was there, claims rep’s, the agent, and even the office staff. The entire office is always there to serve us. My family has the greatest Insurance Agent you could ask for. We have our home and 5 automobiles insured through Farmers Insurance in Vibrunum, Missouri. Our agent Lance Mayfield is with no doubt the number 1 agent Farmers Insurance has anywhere. All other agents should pattern the way they conduct business by his standards. My daughter was on her way back to college on a Saturday night, and was 200 miles away from home when her truck broke down leaving her stranded on the side fo the highway. One phone call to my agent at his house at 7 p.m. was all it took. Within 5 minutes he had a tow truck enroute to my daughters location. He called her on her cell phone to check on her and had her call him back as soon as the tow truck arrived. He had a tow truck to her in under 30 minutes. Now that is service. I hate to use a line from another Insurance Company, but I know my family is IN GOOD HANDS, and like A GOOD NEIGHBOR Farmers Insurance was there. Farmers, keep up the good work, and have other agents take a lesson or two from Lance Mayfield in Viburnum, Missouri. ...

I have had Farmers Insurance for 5 years and could not be happier.previously i was not a Farmers Customer but i switched untill I was involved in an accident that involved a Farmers Insured. To tell you their claims process is very quick and very fair. Not only that i was contacted by the claims rep , by the agent and also by the district manager.by seeing this i was impressed and immediately switched my insurance to Farmers. Farmer rates are high compare to other companies. Every six months our insurance went up (no accidents and violations). When I complained, they offered me a cheaper rate, but it was too late by then.I am glad that i changed it and now with my new insurance company i have better coverage and a cheaper rate....

Summary
Farmers have a sense of responsibility towards its customers. For the last 6 six years I have been served by Farmers group and in these six years I was able to save much more than what I used to save through my previous company. For others I don't know but for me Farmers was the right choice. As an insurance company it serves its customers to an optimum extent, and as an institution it is dedicated towards the well being of the people. Thank you Farmers for being there....
