John Hancock's rates are completely out of line. Every six months our premium is getting increased (no accidents and violations). When I complained, they offered me a cheaper rate, but it was too late by then. They just show, they can cut their rates when they want to. I am very happy to leave the company. I now have better coverage and a cheaper rate. ...
