Summary
Kaiser Permanente provides a very good service in the area of its cost and especially its customer service. The company agents are very helpful. Any time of the day the representatives are always ready to give you suggestions and advices. As I did not get a chance still to make a claim or get its coverage, I cannot comment on that. But except these two the comapany serves in the most generous way....

I share a very special relationship with Kaiser Permanente. Since I have joined this company I have never realized that it is an insurance company. So down to earth representatives, very co-operative and very helpful. Before coming in to this I was searching a company which handles my policy with dedication and loyalty.
