Summary
I have been waiting since two months for them to pay off the claim when I met with an accident and succumed injuries,and the company immediately admitted that the other driver was 100% at fault but no action. They have used several delaying tactics to avoid making payment. The claims adjuster never calls me back. The company must keep in view that the company is there for the help of their customers and not to fill in their pockets with our earned money. We have earned that money for the welfare of our families and for their families....
